Marion Howard Bulman, 56, of Pecan Gap, Texas passed away Monday, August 26, 2019.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Reuben Trussell officiating. Interment will follow in Pecan Gap Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 - 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Delta Funeral Home Chapel.
Pallbearers will be Larry Locke, Lou Williams, Jayson Hinsley, Jeff Cox, Andrew Fisk and Larry Sessums, Jr.
Howard was born in Meridian, Mississippi on June 2, 1963 to William Wiley and Mary Beatrice "Townsend" Bulman. Marion married Joyce Ragan on May 29, 1989 in Pecan Gap, Texas. He was a member of the Pecan Gap Volunteer Fire Department and the First Baptist Church in Pecan Gap.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Bulman, of Pecan Gap, Texas; two sons, Joseph Ragan and wife, Tamara, of Deport, Texas and Joshual Ragan of Pecan Gap, Texas; 3 grandchildren: Anna Bowman, Alexis Ragan and Johnathan Ragan; sister, Anita Tapp of Florida; brother, Henry Bulman of Mississippi and mother-in-law, Barbara Ragan.
