Albert Gene Robinson

Albert Gene (Elmo) Robinson, 86, of Cooper, Texas, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021.

Graveside services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Antioch Life Park Cemetery in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Albert Gene (Elmo) Robinson was born to the parentage of Semore and Tammer Sanchez Robinson on April 11, 1935. He attended school in Midway and graduated from Lincoln High School, Dallas, Texas. After High School he joined the US AIR FORCE and after getting out he lived in Denver, Colorado. Elmo was a retired US Air Force Veteran. While living there he had a daughter named Jennifer Nancy. From Denver he moved back to Forth Worth\Grand Prairie where he met and married Stella Louise Sanders and to their union three sons were born.

He leaves to cherish, his wife, Stella, his three sons, Darron (Jennifer) of Ladonia, Texas, Derek (Stephanie) of Grand Prairie, Texas, Elmo Jr. (Olympia) of Cooper, Texas and one daughter, Jennifer Nancy of California. Thirteen grandchildren, Trinay, Keisha, Derrick, Damarcus, Tameron, Cierra, Sienna, Jacob, Clorissa, Maurisa, Tyashia, Desmond, Sasha and six great-grandchildren. One brother, Jessie Robinson and Bannie both of Houston, Texas and a host of relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Semore and Tammer Robinson, two brothers, Little brother and Jet Lee and one sister, Leyla Lee.
