Annie Lee Willhoit

Annie Lee Willhoit, age 73, of Alba, Texas passed away October 30, 2020 in Greenville, Texas.

Visitation will be on Monday, November 2, 2020 at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.  The funeral service will be on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 A.M. with Nanthan Bounds and Earl Akin officiating.  Pallbearers will be Jakob Erwin, Stevie Frazier, Frank Turner, Chance Willhoit, Chris Peery and Kenneth Dyss.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Tommy Akin, Alvin, Chandler, and Robert Marical.

Annie was born to Lester Cabbell and Annie Beatrice (Howeth) Covingnton on February 8, 1947 in Greenville, Texas. She married Frank E. Whillhoit on May 28, 1965 in Ladonia, Texas.  She was employed by Walmart as an accountant. She was a member of the Church of God in Big Spring, Texas.

Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Frank E Willhoit, Sr.; her parents; two brothers, Lester “Pete” Covingnton; granddaughter, Shaina Hope Willhoit.

She is survived by her sons; Frank E Willhoit, Jr. and wife Erin of Quinlan, TX, Richard Glenn Willhoit of Henrietta,TX and Donald D. Willhoit and wife Stephanie of Alba, TX; Daughter, Terri Akin and husband Tommy of Parsons, KS; grandchildren, Chance Willhoit and wife, Candice, Randi Willhoit, Tiffany Marical, Victoria Sanders, Amanda Hooks, Steven Savage, Katlyn Willhoit, Nicole Savage, Jakob Erwin, Dannielle Erwin, Baylee Akin, Eliana Akin, Samuel Akin; great grandchildren, Robert “RJ”, Chaycie “Tick”, Case, and Carter, a host of nieces and nephews.
