Mrs. Belma Nadine Scharnhorst, 84 years of age of Cooper passed away Thursday, November 22, 2012 in Greenville.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 27 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper with Rev. Caleb Wright officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Scharnhorst was born May 8, 1928 in Plainview, Texas. She was the daughter of Roland Rudolph Basham and Beulah Russie Basham. She was a retired nurses aide and had been a resident of Cooper for the past eight years.
She is survived by her husband, Ervin Crutchfield of Cooper, Son Jerry Lynn Geron of Campwood, Texas, daughters; Georgia Geron Sells and husband Danny of Burleson,Susan Geron Mitchell and husband Gary of Blum, and Linda Crutchfield of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
