Bennie Sue Toon, 73, of Cooper, TX passed away Sunday, June 21, 2020.

Memorial services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2020 at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Jason Holcomb officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to the services.

Sue was born in Paris, Texas on September 8, 1946 to L.E. and Ruby “Beard” Bridges. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mike Toon, father, L.E. Bridges and son, Ron Maddox. She was a retired Jailer for the Lamar County Sherriff’s Department.

Survivors include her mother, Ruby Bridges of Cooper, Texas; daughter, Dawn Stewart and David Moody of Cooper, Texas; son, John Maddox and wife, Jamie, of Bullard, Texas; sister, Linda Chadwick and husband, Randy, of Cooper, Texas; 7 Grandchildren: Chaney Harrison, Andrea Maddox, Ashlee Bush, Bradee Hollon, Harleigh Maddox, Blake Maddox and Morgan Maddox; 12 Great Grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
