Brooke Anderson, 57, of Cooper, Texas passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025.
Memorial services are scheduled for 4 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2025, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel.
Brooke was born in Winnsboro, Texas July 14, 1967, to Glynn and Lynda Smith. They have preceded her in death.
Brooke was a loyal friend, a devoted mother, and a wonderful granny to her grandpup. She was a funny, kind, and compassionate person. Brooke was an animal lover, having had dozens of dogs in her lifetime. She was happy to feed the squirrels and birds. She had a talent for decorating. Every holiday was accompanied by indoor and outdoor decor that she meticulously arranged. Brooke was a competitive card player with countless games of Rummy played with her friends. She enjoyed a variety of music; Ozzy Osbourne, Dolly Parton, and Pink are just a few of the artists she would listen to. She was a fan of true crime. She listened to podcasts and probably watched every show there was. She liked to garden; her porch was full of beautiful flowers and plants for the past four summers. She played 10,316 levels of Candy Crush in her free time. She enjoyed reading books, doing arts and crafts with her friend, Rose, and watching dogs do silly things on YouTube. Brooke meant a lot to the people that knew her. No words can express how loved she was and how much she will be missed.
She is survived by her daughters: Harley Anderson and Lacey Lopez.
