Bruce was born in Bethesda, Maryland on September 27, 1950, to Norman and Sylvia “Baker” Froitzheim. They preceded him in death. He married Diana Adams on August 12,2003 in Frederick, Maryland. Bruce was a Press Operator for the Washington Post, and he served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of American Legion Post 0483 in Cooper, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Diana; 3 daughters: Rebekka Smith and husband, Anthony, of Cooper, Texas; Rachel Bevard and husband, Jeff, of Keymar, Maryland and Jenna Zuege and husband, Craig, of Cooper, Texas; son, Seth Froitzheim and wife, Hillary, of California; 7 grandchildren: Ayden, Aleik, Arden, George, Ethan, Bruce and Rylee; sister, Ellen Monds of Callahan, Florida; 2 brothers: Paul Froitzheim of Callahan, Florida and Raymond Froitzhem of Jacksonville, Florida and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
