Candace Marie (Brewer) Hailey, 53, of Enloe, Texas, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel.

Candace was born in Dallas, Texas, on December 25, 1971, to Franklin James and Jacqueline Marie (Petty) Brewer, who preceded her in death.

Despite facing many hardships in life, Candace never lost her warm smile or her willingness to help others. She had a deep love for teddy bears, dragonflies, and all things pink. If you knew Candace, you knew she loved to sing—and if she had a karaoke machine, she would make sure everyone listened! She had a kind and loving spirit, and her greatest joy in life was her three children, whom she loved more than anything.

Daughter: April Nicole Justice (Eddie) of Hugo, Oklahoma

Sons: Robert Lee Cogburn of Enloe, Texas, and James Wesley Hailey Jr. of Wenatchee, Washington

Brothers: Timothy Alan Brewer, Terry Leon Brewer, James Brewer, and Frankie Brewer of Cooper, Texas

Sisters: Tammy Brewer and Belinda Brewer of Cooper, Texas

Nieces: Amanda Brewer, Stephanie Brewer, and Jennifer ("Bubbles")

Nephew: Cody

Lifelong best friend: Lisa

Aunt: Darlene Germany of Garland, Texas

Cousins: Margie Campbell of Fort Worth, Texas, Jessica Durrett of Texarkana, Texas
