Cecilia Kay Davidson, 50, of Cooper, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 at her home.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 17 in the Nelta Cemetery in Hopkins County. Deon Nichols will be officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of the Delta Funeral Home.
Cecilia was born in Ft. Worth on August 7, 1962, the daughter of Johnny Burns and Justa Harris Burns. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Bethel Temple Church in Paris.
She is survived by her father: Johnny Burns of Mt. Vernon, mother & stepfather Justa and Scotty Calvin of Cooper, a son Sgt. Cody Cantrell of Ft. Wainwright, Alaska, two daughters Chelsea Davidson of Paris and Cassy Scaly of Gunter, a brother Brian Burns of Cooper, a step brother Chad Calvin of Cooper, a step sister Candy Crump of Cumby, and three grandchildren Joe, Kearson, and Kensley.
No visitation is scheduled.
