Survivors include mother: J’Nevelynn Carpenter son: Matthew Penny and wife Candy of Edgewood, Texas, daughter Rachel Jouett and husband Ronnie Vance of Cottage Grove, Oregon, daughter: Crystal Stallings and husband Jake of Ruidoso, New Mexico, daughter Jennifer McNeil-Hendrickson and husband Dustin of Hazelwood, Missouri, and son: Kaleb Evans of Lubbock, Texas, Ten grandchildren, One great- grandchild, brothers: Daryl Carpenter of Aledo, Texas, and Thomas Carpenter and wife Michelle of Springtown, Texas.
