Charles “Chuck” Arnold Colvin, age 72, of Cooper, Texas passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021 “at home”.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Cooper First United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. Brother Henry Suche will officiate.

Charles was born to Arnold and Patricia “Wheeler” Colvin on August 13, 1948 in Wichita, Kansas.  He married Barbara West on November 21, 1970 in Altus, Oklahoma. Charles was a Lumber Salesman and worked for Cedar Creek Lumber Company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife “of” 50 years, Barbara Colvin of Cooper, Texas; sons, Charles Ryan Colvin of Hickory Creek, Texas, David Aaron Colvin of Melissa, Texas; daughter, Ashley Annette Colvin of Cooper, Texas.  5 grandchildren, Anthony Oliveres, Ryan Faith Bigler, Devin Aron Colvin, Dylan Max Colvin and Charles Logan Colvin; brother, Mike Colvin of Richardson, Texas; sisters, Carolee Colvin-Riggs of Wichita, Kansas and Lin Meyer of Clearwater, Florida.
