Ella Frankie Atwood Hinsley, 90, of Cooper passed away August 29, 2020, in Cooper, Texas.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2020 at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Donnie Powers officiating. Interment will follow in Liberty Grove Cemetery in Cooper, Texas.
The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 a.m. prior to the services at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel.
Pallbearers will be grandsons: Larran Limbaugh, Justin Henry, Evan Hinsley, Ethan Hinsley and Ellis Hinsley and great grandson, Jayden Limbaugh.
Frankie was born in Cooper, Texas on July 5, 1930 to Frank and Ella “Thompson” Atwood. They have preceded her in death as well as her husband, Leonard Hinsley and son, Dale Ray Hinsley. Frankie and Leonard were married on February 12, 1947 in Cooper, Texas. She was a homemaker, a member of East Delta Baptist Church for 40 plus years where she taught Sunday School. At the time of her passing she was a member of Crimson River Cowboy Church since 2012. She was the granddaughter of an original enrollee of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. A loving mother who dedicated her life to her family and friends.
Survivors include her son, Terry “Butch” Hinsley and wife, Brenda, of Gun Barrel City, Texas; daughter, Joyce Henry of Winnsboro, Texas; daughter, Rosanne Limbaugh and husband, Chuck, of Cooper, Texas; son, Roy Glen Hinsley and wife, Tina of Kensing, Texas; 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
