Ellis Franklin McGaha 84 of Irving passed away December 5, 2025.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday December 12, 2025, at Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper, TX, with Butch Burns officiating.

Ellis was born December 24, 1940, in Rattan, TX, to J.W. and Leona Mae “Ellis” McGaha, they have preceded him in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Vickie Brooks and her husband Jeff of Haltom City, TX, Angela Davidson and husband Kal of Ovilla, TX, four grandchildren, Seth Hatton and wife Laura, Kacie Lovelace and husband Josh, Brady Davidson and wife Kim, Jena Whitaker and husband Ben, eight great grandchildren, Brayden Hatton, Briley Hatton, Khyler Lovelace, Bevin Lovelace, Lincoln Lovelace, Jayden Davidson, Aubrey Davidson and Julia Whitaker.

Ellis retired as a Dallas Firefighter, he loved spending time with family, playing Golf and reading.
