Janice Carol (McKinney) Roberts passed away Wednesday October 29, 2025.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday November 3,2025, at First Baptist Church in Cooper, Texas Pastor Bryce Jester will officiate. Interment to follow at New Home Cemetery in Cooper, Texas. Family will receive friends and family on Sunday November 2, 2025, from 5-7 p.m. at Delta Funeral Home.

Janice was born in Grand Prairie, Texas on July 12, 1969, to Dalton Ray and Jessie Mae (Jackson) McKinney, sisters preceded her in death Paula Gail Somers, and Shelia Diane Hawkins.

Janice married Anthony Roberts on October 24, 1998, in Enloe, Texas, she was also the Delta County, County /District Clerk.

Survivors include her husband Anthony Roberts of Cooper, Texas, daughters: Candi Booth, Carrie Johnson, Ashley Roberts, Kendra Roberts Alex, Honestee Roberts,and bonus son: Horace Jeffery “Peewee”, parents: Dalton and Jessie McKinney of Cooper, Texas, grandchildren: Aeriayanna Burrell, Kesha Johnson, Jaden Basham, Adriayanna Burrell, Aniriayanna Roberts, Trinity Hernandez, Tasmin Maples, and Ty’Keese Hernandez one great grandchild: King Holt, brother: Kenneith McKinney and wife Janice of Powderly, Texas, sister: Tammie Foley and husband Jimmy of Dike, Texas, brother: Douglas McKinney and wife Debbie of Ladonia, Texas, sister: Kellie Phillips of Cooper, Texas, brother: Roland McKinney and wife Daphane of Dike, Texas, and tons of nieces and nephews
