Jenell Sue Parker, 77, of Cooper, Texas passed away August 30, 2025.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday September 10, 2025, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel Cooper, Texas, Pastor Brenda Williams will officiate

Jenell was born on March 8, 1948, in San Antonio, Texas to James O. and Vernell “Tice” Martin. They have preceded her in death.

Jenell graduated with the Class of 1966 from Commerce High School, where she was proud to serve as the Featured Twirler. On October 7, 1978, she married the love of her life, Ben Parker, in Grapevine, Texas. She built a fulfilling career as an executive assistant in the oil and gas industry and later retired from the YMCA, where she was known for greeting everyone with a smile. In her retirement, Jenell found joy in spending time with her family and friends, creating memories filled with love and laughter.

She is survived by her husband, Ben Parker, of Cooper, Texas; 2 sons: Mike Malloy and wife, Kim, and Chris Malloy; daughter, Amy Bagwell and husband, Jason; 5 granddaughters: Parker Bagwell, Cheyenne Malloy, Bailey Malloy, Kinley Malloy and Bryn Malloy; brother, James Martin and wife, Sandra, of Hurst, Texas and sister, Juanita Darby and husband, Denny, of San Antonio, Texas as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
