Leonard “Curly” Lewis Bowen, 79, of Cooper, Texas passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021.

Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper, Texas with Pastor Dean Eudy officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, March 19, 2021 at Delta Funeral Home.

Curly was born in Sulphur Springs, Texas on August 26, 1941 to Lee and Verbal “Owens” Bowen. They have preceded him in death. Curly married Willie Fay Rogers on November 11, 1961 in Cooper, Texas. He lived his life as a painter and finish man.

Survivors include his wife, Willie Fay Bowen of Cooper, Texas; son, Stephen Bowen and wife, Amy, of Cooper, Texas and grandson, Clayton Bowen of Cooper, Texas.
