Margaret Ann (Sims) Palmer

Margaret Palmer, 75, of Klondike, Texas passed away Sunday November 7, 2021.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00. Wednesday November 10, 2021. At Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Terry Bryan officiating, and interment will be in New Klondike Cemetery. Family will greet friends 1 hour prior to service.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Terry Palmer, Brian Davis, David Holt, Skylar Sharpton, TJ Anderson, Michael Davis.

Margaret was born in Commerce, Texas November 15,1945 to Clarence and Willie (Francis Baxley) Sims. They preceded her in death as well as great granddaughter Emily York, brother-in-law Charles Clark, and Nephew Danny Stidham, brother-in-law Ray Duckworth, brother-in-law Bo Palmer, and sister-in-law Vergie Palmer.

Margaret and Jerry were married June 2, 1966, in Cooper, Texas a union of 55 years.       

Margaret retired from US Brass after working there many years.

Margaret was a member of the Methodist Church worked in the nursery for many years.

Survivors include husband Jerry Don Palmer of Klondike, Texas, sister Martha Clark, brother Buddy and wife Michelle Sims, sister-in-law JoAnn Duckworth, daughter Sherry Davis and Husband Brian of Cooper, Texas, son Terry Palmer and wife Melanie of Cooper, Texas, grandchildren Nacoe Davis and David Holt, Michael Davis and Jessi Gunter, Madeline and Skyler Sharpton, Ashley and TJ Anderson, Courtney Palmer and Scott York, Heather Bybee, Abigail Palmer. Great grandchildren Adysen Ross, Lilly Ross, Aurora Holt, Emmett Anderson, Carson Anderson, Erin York, Lilly Shipley, Madison Patterson, many nieces, and nephews.
