Mary Etta Howse, 85 of Klondike, Texas passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday April 3, 2022, at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel in Cooper, Texas with Reverend Terry Holley officiating. Interment will follow in New Klondike Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at Delta Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Tony Sepulveda, Shane Sepulveda, Josh Brown, Luke Brown, G. W. Howse, and Jordon Stanley.
Honorary pallbearers are Diana Howse and Jessica Holt.
Mary was born in Hopkins County on July 28, 1936, to Lyman Foster and Beulah Cockrum Foster. She married George Howse on January 22,1955 in Hugo, Oklahoma. They were happily married for 64 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, along with her husband George Howse, her brothers Ellis Foster, George Foster, Odell Foster, Verdis Foster and L.T. Foster, and one sister Elizabeth (Foster) Howse Sweat
Mary was retired from American Wood where she worked for 24 years. She loved fishing with her husband and going to the casino, with whoever would take her. She was a loving Mama, Granny, the best Mother-In-Law anyone could have, and the best cook ever.
Survivors include two sisters Clara Cooper and Wanda Jo Self, three daughters Marilyn Sepulveda and husband David of Klondike, Texas, Marsha Davidson and husband Ken of Klondike, Texas, Monica Blassingame and husband Wade of Klondike, Texas, and one son Mike Howse and wife Emily of Cooper, Texas, ten grandchildren, Tony Sepulveda, Shane Sepulveda, Josh Brown, Luke Brown, G.W. Howse, Diana Howse, Jordon Stanley, Jessica Holt, Callie Giles and Rachel Blassingame, seventeen Great-Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandchild on the way, along with several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
