Pamela Gail (Lile) Strickland of Cooper passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 19 at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Powers officiating. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper.
Pam was born in Sulphur Springs June 27, 1954, the daughter of Doyle Lile and Frances (Maynard) Lile. She was a former resident of Commerce, moving to Cooper in the past year.
Survivors include her daughter; Christal Miller of Commerce, Mother; Frances Rowe of Cooper, brothers; Jimmy Lile of Birthright, Billly Lile of Commerce, and Charles Rowe of Wylie. Sisters include Marilyn Bonille of Flower Mound, Martha Lile of Cooper, Tina Hinsley of Kensing, and Merida Ann Lile of Kaufman; one grandchild, Derek, 22 nieces and nephews and 31 great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; Doyle Lile and her 2nd mother Jo Lile, two brothers, Kerry Lile and Charles Doyle Lile Jr., three aunts and five uncles.
The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 PM until service time.
