Patsy Lee Shaw, 88 of Cooper, Texas passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Sunday, July 17 at 2:30 pm at the First United Methodist Church, Cooper Tx.

Patsy was born in Cooper, Texas on March 26, 1934, to Noel Conley and Willie Gill, who preceded her in death as well as her husband J.O. Shaw, granddaughter Jennifer Shaw, sisters Billie Clark, Twyla Foster, and a brother Larry Conley.

Patsy and J.O. Shaw married on September 28,1953. They were the second couple married in the First United Methodist Church in Cooper, Texas. Patsy was a lifetime member.

Patsy had a love for gardening and flowers. Pursuing her passion, she purchased Poes Florist, which later became Pats Flowers. Of all the many different business ventures & accomplishments Patsy & J.O owned, Patsy was proudest of her family who she loved unconditionally and whole heartedly. 

Patsy loved watching her grandkids grow in life & giving her a legacy with 11 great grand kids, all her pride and joy. Patsy never met a stranger she couldn't talk to or wanted to help. Her strong love for the Lord guided her through life's challenges and instilled in her a servant's heart. 

Survivors include sons Joe and Kim Shaw of Cooper, Texas, Blake and Kris Shaw of Cooper, Texas and a daughter Tammy Shaw and Randy Sahm of Denton, Texas. Five grandchildren Jeromy and Angel Shaw, Joni and Abel Zertuche, Brandon and Ashley Shaw, Adam and Jenny Shaw, Baylee and Grant Walker. Eleven great grandchildren: Chole Shaw, Jaxon Shaw, Gavin Zertuche, Jack Zertuche, Savannah Shaw, Spencer Shaw, Ryder Shaw, Easton Shaw, Slade Shaw, Allie Walker, and Rip Walker; sisters Genell Ham of Cooper, Texas, Sue Horchem of Winnsboro, Texas, Gretchen Bills of Paris, Texas, A brother Steve Conley of Cooper, Texas, sisters Mickey Smith of Commerce, Texas, Vicky Anderson of Commerce, Texas, Debbie Nelson of Emory, Texas, Becky Alvarez of Emory, Texas
