Penny Rebecca Sampson, 56, of Cooper, Texas passed away Wednesday October 16, 2024.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday November 3, 2024, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel, Jimmie McGraw will officiate.

Penny was born in Paris, Texas, October 12, 1968, to Richard Eugene and Susie Mae (Williamson) Sampson. Her daddy precedes her in death.

Survivors include her three daughters: Kayla Rebecca Adams of Cooper, Texas, Tana LeeAnn Simmons of Royce City, and Rana De’Nae Simmons of Paris, Texas, Mother: Susie Sampson of Cooper, Texas, sister: Renee McGraw and husband Jimmie of Sulphur Springs, Texas, brother: Kirk Sampson and wife Becky of Cooper, Texas, sister: Ruby Diane Bosscher and husband Larry of Cooper, Texas, fiancé: Barry Nailling, and  along with a host of nieces and nephews
