Ralph was born April 2, 1958 in Denison, Texas. His parents have preceded him in death.
Survivors include two sons; Shane Diggs and wife Judy of Dayton, TX. James Diggs and wife Jennifer of Fort Towson, Ok. Sister; Judy Webster of Pecan Gap, TX a brother Jimmy Diggs of Hugo, OK. Four grandchildren; Cody Diggs, Justin Diggs, Autumn Diggs, Madison Diggs and a great granddaughter; Gracelyn Diggs.
Ralph was a crane operator prior to his retirement.
