Richard Allen Turner Sr.

Richard Allen Turner Sr. 65, of Lake Creek, Texas passed away Tuesday September 5, 2023.

Graveside Services are scheduled for Saturday September 9, 2023, at Oaklawn Cemetery Pastor Claude Sutton will officiate. Family will receive friends and family Friday September 8, 2023, from 6-8 p.m. at Delta Funeral Home.    

Richard was born in Commerce, Texas on October 22, 1957, to George Allen and Ella (Watkins) Turner. His father preceded him in death.          

Richard worked in the maintenance department for Cooper ISD, he was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his mother Ella Fay Turner of Cooper, Texas, wife Debra Ann Turner of Terrell, Texas, his children Richard Allen Turner Jr. and wife Bresharn Nikol of Dallas, Texas, Nicholas Allen Turner and wife Mindy of Mesquite, Texas, Daniel Louis Turner of Cooper, Texas, Dawn McBride of Cooper, Texas, Bill McBride Jr., and wife Trina, Fourteen grandchildren, three great- grandchildren, sister Debra Turner of Cooper, Texas, brother Brad Turner and wife Bobbie of Cooper, Texas, nieces and nephews Eric Turner, Allen Turner, Haley Turner, Scott Luquette, Brian Luquette, and Cord Luquette.
