Obituary

Samuel (Sam) Earl Mayabb Jr., 73, of Cooper Texas, passed away Thursday December 22, 2022.

A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.

Sam was born in Garland, Texas July 8, 1949, to Samuel Earl and Lillie Bell. (Smith) Mayabb Sr. They have preceded him in death as well as his wife Cathy, and a brother Hubert Echols.

Sam married Cathy Ann Clark on May 20, 1978, in Dallas Texas

Sam retired from Garland Power and Light.

Sam was a member of Charleston United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his daughter Samantha Rozell and husband Matthew, of Cooper, Texas, three grandchildren Hannah Rozell, Garrett Warner and wife Marina, David Rozell,
