Sharon was born in Cooper, Texas August 6, 1955, to Scoot and Estelle (Crowley) Moore. They preceded her in death as well as her brothers: Glenn Moore, Danny Moore.

Sharon married Johnny Springfield November 8,1982 in Cooper, Texas, she retired from East Texas State University and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband Johnny Springfield of Cooper, Texas, sisters: Vicki Williams of Cooper, Texas, Brenda Loveless of Paris, Texas, Debbie Crowley of Denton, Texas, along with several nieces and nephews.
