Sue was born in Grandfield, Oklahoma on April 7, 1944 to Gail W. and Katheryn E. “Bowman” Wever. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Tommy Worley, a niece, Jamie Reel, and her husband and love of her life, James Reel. She married James on October 7, 1994 in Ladonia, Texas. She just couldn’t wait to get back to him again, but she held on for six months after he passed. Sue was an antique dealer before retiring, but she still liked to “wheel and deal” till the end. Her children will likely be going through her “inventory” for many years to come! Sue warmed many hearts with her beautiful smile. She rarely met a stranger and always offered a helping hand to those in need, regardless of their status in life. She was a single mom for many years and provided a shining example for her children and many of their friends for how to get things done. The last nurse to care for her described her as being “one tough cookie.” She did not think she was strong, but oh the obstacles she overcame. Her last victory was marked with a smile…her family knows she was granted her most precious wish; she saw Jesus and “her” James.
Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne George of Greenville, Texas; son, L. T. Worley of Ravenna Texas; and daughter, Analisa Blaine and husband, John, of Ladonia, Texas; 9 Grandchildren: Mandi Watkins and husband, Bryce, Blayze Mabry and wife, Ashley, Alex Cruz and husband, Jordan, Lacey Brattlof and husband, John Michael, Skyler Watts and husband Jackson, Cheyanne Worley, Laramie Worley, James Luke Blaine and Emily Sue Blaine; 2 Great Grandchildren, Mabree and Breckyn Watkins; Sister: Kitty Schmidt and husband Cecil of Princeton, Texas; 2 Brothers-in-law: Charlie Reel and wife, Janna, of Paris, Texas and Carl Reel and wife, Lisa, of Cooper, Texas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
