William Robert Crowhurst, 86, of Cooper, Texas passed away Sunday December 15, 2024.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday December 20, 2024, at First Assembly of God Church in Cooper, Texas, Brother Rick Richardson, and Brother Steven Helms will officiate, interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery. Family will receive friends and family 1 hour prior to services at the Church.      

Serving as Pallbearers will be Jeramy Marinelli, Jeramy Haile, Jordan Haile, John Gerken IV, William Gerken, Joseph Vara, William Jackson, and Gene Foster.

Honorary Pallbears will be Kayleigh Jackson, Holly Gerken, and Blake Haile.

William was born in Waller, Texas on September 28, 1938, to Albert Edward and Maggie Pearl (Feagin) Crowhurst. They preceded him in death as well as his brothers James Albert Crowhurst and Donald Edward Crowhurst.

William retired from Computer Engineering; he was the Treasurer for many years at First Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include his wife Anna Lee (Stone) Crowhurst of Cooper, Texas, daughters: Brenda Carol (Crowhurst) Gerken and husband John of Apex, North Carolina, and LuAnna Kay Stunkard of Prescott, Arkansas, son: James Edward Stunkard and wife Barbara of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, eight grandchildren, six great- grandchildren
